Translate text to Japanese and other languages

We have two files that together total 1090 Lines of text and 10000+ Word's literally needed to be worked on.

Each of these Lines of text is formatted Like this

"Label": "Text',

Some Lines will span two Lines of text using the + sign Like this

'Label:

'Text' +
'Text2',
Some Lines will span multiple Lines without the plus

symbol Like this

'Label":
'Text',
You can identify the end of a Line since each Line will end in a comma.
